Who doesn't love Pizza? Well, I for one am not the biggest fan, unless we're talking gourmet. The standard pepperoni & cheese or meat pizza doesn't quite do it for me. The above pizza is homemade, super easy and ready to eat in less than 20 minutes... too good to be true? Nope, keep reading.
The key ingredient is Pillsbury Pizza Dough. Pop it out of the can, roll it out, bake for 8 mins, load it up with whatever sauce and toppings you like then return to oven for another 7 or so minutes.
To make the pizza above you will need:
- Balsamic Glaze or a Balsamic reduction
- 1 Shallot
- 1/2 to 2/3 8oz pkg Goat Cheese
- Crumbled Bacon
- Sun Dried Tomato
This is a great meal for a busy week night or weekend. It's completely customizable to your own tastes and there are literally hundreds of combinations. If you have picky eaters split the pizza and everyone can make their own. On top of everything else it looks impressive. Serve with some Caesar salad and you're golden.
